These Website Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.rayformtech.com (the “Site”), operated by Shenzhen RayForm Technology Co., Ltd. (“RayForm”, “we”, “us”), Building 3 Westside, Guole Science Technology Park, No.1 Lirong Road, Dalang Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, 518100, China.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site
The Site presents RayForm’s dental 3D printing materials and related digital manufacturing solutions. It is intended for professional and business audiences — dental laboratories, clinics, aligner manufacturers, and distributors. The content of the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer to sell any product.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, images, graphics, product photographs, videos, downloadable documents, page designs, and the RayForm name and logo — are owned by RayForm or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print materials from the Site for your internal business evaluation and reference, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Except as expressly permitted above, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any RayForm trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

The controlling specifications for any material are those in the official technical data sheet (TDS) supplied with the product or provided by our team. All content is subject to change without notice and may occasionally contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
Our products are intended for professional use by trained dental professionals and laboratory technicians, in accordance with the applicable instructions for use. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, clinical, or other professional advice.

6. Quotations, orders & the online store
Inquiries and quote requests submitted through the Site are invitations to discuss and do not by themselves create a binding contract. Sales of products are governed by the quotation, proforma invoice, or other written agreement concluded between you and RayForm.
Purchases made on our online store at store.rayformtech.com are hosted and processed by Shopify and are additionally subject to the store terms presented at checkout.
7. Third-party links & embedded content
The Site contains links to, and embedded content from, third-party services — for example YouTube videos, WhatsApp contact links, our social media pages, and our online store. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent court at the place where RayForm is domiciled (Shenzhen, China).
