This website, www.rayformtech.com (the “Site”), is operated by Shenzhen RayForm Technology Co., Ltd. (“RayForm”, “we”, “us”), Building 3 Westside, Guole Science Technology Park, No.1 Lirong Road, Dalang Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, 518100, China.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our online store at store.rayformtech.com is hosted by Shopify and is additionally subject to the terms presented there at checkout.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry or quote request through our forms, contact us by email, message us on WhatsApp, or fill in a lead form in one of our ads on social platforms such as Facebook or Instagram, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

Name and company or laboratory name
Email address and phone / WhatsApp number
Country or region
Business type, products of interest, and preferred contact method
The content of your message

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, and general location (country/city level), through cookies and similar technologies described below, as well as standard server logs.

5. Third-party services

Google Ads conversion measurement. We use Google tags to measure whether visits and inquiries result from our advertising. Subject to your cookie consent, Google may set cookies and process usage data in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
Social media lead ads. We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). If you submit a lead form in one of our ads, the form data is collected on Meta’s platform under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy and then transferred to us so we can respond to your inquiry. We use it as described in Section 3.
Embedded videos. Some pages embed YouTube videos. Loading or playing a video may allow YouTube (Google) to set cookies and collect usage data.
WhatsApp. If you choose to contact us via a WhatsApp link, your communication is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
Online store. Purchases on store.rayformtech.com are processed by Shopify and its payment providers.
Consent management. Our cookie banner is provided by CookieYes.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
