Key Features
RF-DB-04 is a high-precision transparent implant guide and locator resin material with good biocompatibility. After molding, the implant guide has a colorless and transparent appearance, making it easy to observe during the surgical process. Its high resolution and detail reproduction capability allows it to fit the patient’s jawbone accurately, assisting in precise positioning of drill bits and implants during implant surgery. This material features fast forming speed, high forming precision, and ultra-high surface hardness.

Post-Processing & Storage

Wash – Clean the model using isopropyl alcohol (IPA) in an ultrasonic cleaning machine. Avoid high-frequency shock or forceful brushing to protect fine surface details.

Dry – Thoroughly blow the model dry with a hair dryer or similar tool.

Remove Supports – Remove supports before post-curing. Removing them after curing can easily damage the support contact surface.

Post-Cure – For applications requiring certain toughness, UV cure for 5 minutes. Store printed parts in a cool, dry place after curing.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Keep away from visible light to prevent resin polymerization and gelation.
Safety
Eyes: Flush with clean water for at least 20 minutes and seek medical attention immediately. Skin: Remove contaminated clothing and wash thoroughly with soap and water. Not approved for food, drink, or medical application on the human body. See MSDS for details.
