Gingiva Mask Resin
Key Features
RF-YY-10 is a dental-grade 3D printing resin for flexible simulated gingiva. By combining with dental model materials, it enables functional 3D reconstruction of gingival model fragments. The material features superior elasticity, tear resistance, and excellent molding stability with no shrinkage or aging over time. Long-term flexibility is guaranteed, and the material produces no irritating odor.

Post-Processing & Storage
-
1
Wash – Clean the model with absolute ethanol or isopropyl alcohol using a low-frequency ultrasonic cleaner. Avoid high-frequency or high-power ultrasonic cleaning as it may damage the model surface.
-
2
Dry – Thoroughly blow the model dry with a hair dryer or similar tool.
-
3
Remove Supports – Remove supports before post-curing. Removing supports after post-cure may damage the contact surface at support points.
-
4
Optional Post-Cure – For occasions where certain toughness is required, UV cure for 5 minutes. Store printed parts in a cool, dry place.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Keep away from visible light to prevent resin polymerization and gelation.
Safety
Eyes: Flush with clean water for at least 20 minutes and seek medical attention immediately. Skin: Remove contaminated clothing and wash thoroughly with soap and water. Not approved for food, drink, or medical application on the human body. See MSDS for details.
Machine Compatibility
Open-system compatible with all major LCD / MSLA / DLP dental 3D printers. Parameter profiles available upon request.
