Post-Processing & Storage

  • 1

Wash – Clean the printed model with isopropyl alcohol using an ultrasonic cleaner. Avoid high-frequency shock or forceful brushing to prevent damage to surface details.

  • 2

Dry – Thoroughly blow-dry the model with a hair dryer or similar device after washing. Ensure no alcohol residue remains before proceeding.

  • 3

Remove Supports – Remove supports before post-curing. Removing supports after post-cure can cause damage to the contact surface at support attachment points.

  • 4

Post-Cure (UV Lamp, 5 min) – For applications requiring certain toughness, cure under a UV lamp for 5 minutes. Store finished parts in a cool, dry place.

Storage

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ordinary visible light may cause the resin to polymerize and gel.

Safety

Eyes: Flush with plenty of clean water for at least 20 minutes; seek medical attention immediately. Skin: Remove contaminated clothing and rinse thoroughly with soap and water. Not approved for food, drink, or medical application on the human body. See MSDS for details.

Machine Compatibility

Open-system compatible with all major LCD / MSLA / DLP dental 3D printers. Parameter profiles available upon request.
