4K LCD Dental 3D Printer
Compact High-Precision Dental 3D Printing Solution
A compact 4K LCD dental 3D printer for laboratories and clinics bringing model production in-house. Compare platform options, compatible material settings and the complete cleaning and curing workflow before choosing a configuration.
Key Features
4K Resolution Screen
High Speed Release Film
COB Centralized Light Source
Stable Printing Effect
4K Resolution Screen
The 6.6-inch 4K LCD configuration supports compact dental model workflows. Confirm the supplied screen, platform and matching slicing profile with your quotation. Screen specifications alone do not determine finished-part accuracy.
High Speed Release Film
The release-film design reduces separation force. The brochure lists a maximum printing speed of 60 mm/h; actual job time depends on resin, layer thickness, geometry and settings. Validate a representative file before planning production capacity.
COB Centralized Light Source
The centralized COB light source provides exposure across the platform. Confirm the optical configuration and resin-specific exposure settings for the supplied printer; check representative models across the build area before production.
Stable Printing Effect
Repeatable model production requires a stable machine setup, a clean platform and an appropriate release film. Follow the maintenance instructions and validate representative prints with the selected resin and exposure settings.
Configuration & Operating Cost
Request a quotation for the printer configuration, delivery destination and support you need. Compare the complete workflow, including resin, replacement films, cleaning, post-curing and routine maintenance, when evaluating operating cost.

📌 Important Notes
- The above data is for reference only. Actual results may vary depending on ambient conditions.
- Confirm a matching print profile and post-processing instructions for the selected RayForm resin and printer configuration before use.
- Recommended ambient temperature: 20–30°C (68–86°F). Use the built-in temperature controller if needed.
- ACF release film supports up to 45,000 layers. Replace with the same type when needed.
- For first-time use, please follow the recommended parameters. Contact us before modifying print speed.
Application
Dental Materials & Process Support
Explore RayForm materials for dental laboratory workflows. Check each material’s intended use, printer settings, cleaning method and post-curing instructions before production.

Compare the right production format
Choose the compact 4K configuration when the available bench space and platform options fit your model workflow. Compare the 8K model if you need a larger XY print area; consider industrial DLP when automatic resin handling or model removal is a selection requirement.
Match the material and post-processing
Select the resin for the intended application, then confirm a printer-specific exposure profile. Cleaning, drying and post-curing must follow that material’s instructions. A compatible wavelength alone does not validate a material or a finished dental device.
Prepare a useful quotation request
Share the application, an STL sample, target quantity per shift, destination country and requested configuration. Include your current cleaning and curing equipment so the proposed workflow and quotation cover the equipment you actually need.
Printer selection questions
- Does pixel size equal part accuracy?
- No. Pixel size describes the screen. Validate dimensional results using representative files, the selected resin and the complete post-processing workflow.
- Can I use any dental resin?
- Confirm the resin indication and a matching print profile. Do not assume that every resin works without parameter and post-processing validation.
- How is output estimated?
- Use the actual STL layout, model height, layer thickness and resin settings. Request a sample-job assessment before setting a daily production target.
