Meet RayForm at IDEX Egypt 2026: Three Cities, One Production Vision
Three cities. One production vision.
RayForm’s August exhibition series begins in Cairo at IDEX Egypt 2026. From 13 to 15 August, we will meet dental laboratories, distributors, and digital manufacturing partners at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.
Our booth is built around a direct question: what does your production process need from a resin supplier after the first test print succeeds?
Where to Meet RayForm at IDEX Egypt 2026
RayForm will be at Booth E11-4 throughout IDEX Egypt 2026, with our full dental 3D printing resin portfolio and application samples. Visitors can compare printed results, discuss resin fit for open LCD/DLP printers, review parameter needs, and talk about distribution or bulk supply with our team.

IDEX EGYPT 2026 · RAYFORM EVENT JOURNAL 01/03 · CAIRO
The official event site lists more than 350 exhibitors and an expected audience of more than 40,000 visitors, alongside its scientific program [1]. The German Pavilion also identifies the event as the International Dental Expo & Clinical Congress at EIEC [2]. For a materials buyer, that scale makes preparation useful. A booth visit should answer a real production question, not end with another catalog in your bag.
What You Can Examine at Booth E11-4
The booth will center on resin and finished printed samples. RayForm’s dental material range covers model production, laboratory procedures, orthodontics, splints, denture workflows, temporary and permanent restorative applications, and other specialized uses [3].
Model and laboratory workflow materials
Visitors can compare samples from high-precision implant model, high-temperature model, and water-washable model workflows. Wax casting and gingiva mask materials will also be represented.
Look closely. Check margins, surface character, thin sections, fitting areas, and the features that matter after printing. A sample is most useful when you relate it to your own process rather than judging it only under exhibition lighting.
Dental application resins
The portfolio includes surgical guide, denture base, invisible denture base, temporary crown and bridge, permanent crown, hard splint, soft splint, and fixed hybrid denture materials. Each application has its own printing and post-processing requirements. One exposure setting or curing routine should never be assumed to fit every material.
Orthodontic materials
The displayed range also includes 4D clear aligner resin and indirect bonding tray resin. If your laboratory handles orthodontic production, bring questions about the intended application, printer platform, washing method, post-curing sequence, and inspection criteria.
You can review the current RayForm dental resin portfolio before the show and note the categories you want to compare in person.
Bring Your Printer and Process Questions
Open-system compatibility gives a laboratory more material choices, but a compatible wavelength is only the starting point. Printer model, light source, layer height, geometry, build layout, room conditions, washing, and post-curing can all affect the result.
At Booth E11-4, we can discuss:
- which RayForm resin fits the application you are producing;
- whether an existing LCD or DLP printer has a starting parameter profile;
- what information is needed when a printer model is not yet listed;
- how to control settings across operators or several machines;
- what TDS, process guidance, and support a lab or distributor needs after purchase.
RayForm maintains a printer parameter database for validated starting settings [4]. The support center also provides TDS documents across the dental resin range [5]. Final settings still need to be checked on the customer’s printer, geometry, and production conditions.
That distinction matters. A parameter is not a slogan. It is part of a controlled process.
A Working Meeting for Distributors and Bulk Buyers
For distributors, the discussion is broader than bottle price. A usable product line needs clear application boundaries, sales and technical documents, sample support, onboarding, and a supply plan that fits the market.
For laboratories and production centers, the question is repeatability. How will the material behave when a second operator runs the job? Can the workflow be copied to another printer? What happens when a new machine model enters the fleet? Where will the team find the current TDS and parameter guidance?
RayForm has worked on dental digital manufacturing since 2018, with a production-first model that connects materials to parameters, post-processing guidance, and technical support [6]. At IDEX Egypt, we want to discuss that full working relationship with prospective channel partners and volume buyers.
What to Prepare Before You Visit
Bring enough detail for a useful conversation:
- printer brand and exact model;
- wavelength and usual layer height;
- current resin application;
- the main defect, delay, or consistency issue you want to solve;
- estimated monthly resin demand;
- markets and customer groups if you are evaluating distribution;
- any documentation your purchasing or technical team must review.
If you can share a failed print photo or a short description of the current process, the discussion can start with evidence instead of guesses.
Frequently Asked Questions
01When is IDEX Egypt 2026?
IDEX Egypt 2026 runs from 13 to 15 August 2026 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in Cairo [1].
02Where is the RayForm booth?
RayForm will be at Booth E11-4 for all three exhibition days.
03What will RayForm display in Cairo?
The booth will feature RayForm’s full dental 3D printing resin portfolio and printed application samples. The focus is materials and sample evaluation; the article does not promise an on-site printer demonstration.
04Can I ask about settings for my existing printer?
Yes. Bring the exact printer model and your application. We can check available starting profiles and identify what further testing information is needed. RayForm resins are designed for mainstream open LCD/DLP systems, but settings must match the specific printer and workflow [3][4].
05Can distributors discuss territory and bulk purchasing?
Yes. Distributor cooperation, product range planning, documentation, technical onboarding, and bulk supply are core meeting topics.
06Should I book a meeting in advance?
Booking is recommended if you want time for a printer-specific parameter discussion or a distribution meeting. Walk-in visitors are also welcome.
Meet RayForm in Cairo
Most vendors sell you a machine. We build the production system behind it.
In Cairo, that conversation starts with the material in your printer, the sample in your hand, and the process that must produce the same result again tomorrow.
