RayForm’s August exhibition series begins in Cairo at IDEX Egypt 2026. From 13 to 15 August, we will meet dental laboratories, distributors, and digital manufacturing partners at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.

Our booth is built around a direct question: what does your production process need from a resin supplier after the first test print succeeds?

RayForm will be at Booth E11-4 throughout IDEX Egypt 2026, with our full dental 3D printing resin portfolio and application samples. Visitors can compare printed results, discuss resin fit for open LCD/DLP printers, review parameter needs, and talk about distribution or bulk supply with our team.

The official event site lists more than 350 exhibitors and an expected audience of more than 40,000 visitors, alongside its scientific program ^[1]. The German Pavilion also identifies the event as the International Dental Expo & Clinical Congress at EIEC ^[2]. For a materials buyer, that scale makes preparation useful. A booth visit should answer a real production question, not end with another catalog in your bag.

The booth will center on resin and finished printed samples. RayForm’s dental material range covers model production, laboratory procedures, orthodontics, splints, denture workflows, temporary and permanent restorative applications, and other specialized uses ^[3].

Model and laboratory workflow materials

Visitors can compare samples from high-precision implant model, high-temperature model, and water-washable model workflows. Wax casting and gingiva mask materials will also be represented.

Look closely. Check margins, surface character, thin sections, fitting areas, and the features that matter after printing. A sample is most useful when you relate it to your own process rather than judging it only under exhibition lighting.

Dental application resins

The portfolio includes surgical guide, denture base, invisible denture base, temporary crown and bridge, permanent crown, hard splint, soft splint, and fixed hybrid denture materials. Each application has its own printing and post-processing requirements. One exposure setting or curing routine should never be assumed to fit every material.

Orthodontic materials

The displayed range also includes 4D clear aligner resin and indirect bonding tray resin. If your laboratory handles orthodontic production, bring questions about the intended application, printer platform, washing method, post-curing sequence, and inspection criteria.

Open-system compatibility gives a laboratory more material choices, but a compatible wavelength is only the starting point. Printer model, light source, layer height, geometry, build layout, room conditions, washing, and post-curing can all affect the result.

At Booth E11-4, we can discuss:

• which RayForm resin fits the application you are producing;
• whether an existing LCD or DLP printer has a starting parameter profile;
• what information is needed when a printer model is not yet listed;
• how to control settings across operators or several machines;
• what TDS, process guidance, and support a lab or distributor needs after purchase.

RayForm maintains a printer parameter database for validated starting settings ^[4]. The support center also provides TDS documents across the dental resin range ^[5]. Final settings still need to be checked on the customer’s printer, geometry, and production conditions.

That distinction matters. A parameter is not a slogan. It is part of a controlled process.

For distributors, the discussion is broader than bottle price. A usable product line needs clear application boundaries, sales and technical documents, sample support, onboarding, and a supply plan that fits the market.

For laboratories and production centers, the question is repeatability. How will the material behave when a second operator runs the job? Can the workflow be copied to another printer? What happens when a new machine model enters the fleet? Where will the team find the current TDS and parameter guidance?

Bring enough detail for a useful conversation:

• printer brand and exact model;
• wavelength and usual layer height;
• current resin application;
• the main defect, delay, or consistency issue you want to solve;
• estimated monthly resin demand;
• markets and customer groups if you are evaluating distribution;
• any documentation your purchasing or technical team must review.

If you can share a failed print photo or a short description of the current process, the discussion can start with evidence instead of guesses.
