TDS Post-Processing & Storage

  • 1

Wash — Clean with absolute ethanol or isopropyl alcohol in a low-frequency ultrasonic cleaner. High-frequency or high-power ultrasonic cleaning may damage the printed surface.

  • 2

Dry — Blow the printed part completely dry with a hair dryer or similar tool.

  • 3

Remove supports — Remove supports before post-curing; removal after curing can damage support-contact areas.

  • 4

Conditional post-cure — When additional toughness is required, UV cure for 5 minutes.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and visible light to prevent polymerization or gelation.

Safety and use status

The current TDS states that the resin is not approved for food, drink, or medical application on the human body. Review the SDS and verify current intended use and regulatory status before any clinical use.

Transitional Workflow Described in the TDS

The TDS describes RF-TJ-09 for temporary transitional restoration of missing-tooth areas before implantation or fixed restoration. Because the same TDS states that the resin is not approved for medical application on the human body, verify the current intended use and regulatory status before any clinical use.

RF-TJ-09 Technical FAQ

  • Q
What does the current TDS describe RF-TJ-09 for?
An elastic denture-base material and temporary transitional workflows before implantation or fixed restoration. This description is not a regulatory approval.
  • Q
What are the key TDS values?
Shore D 71–75, tensile strength 45 MPa, elongation at break 100%, flexural strength 95 MPa, and flexural modulus 1000 MPa.
  • Q
    Which printing technologies are listed?
LCD and DLP, with starting profiles for the five representative printer models shown above.
  • Q
How should printed parts be cleaned?
Use absolute ethanol or isopropyl alcohol in a low-frequency ultrasonic cleaner, then blow dry completely and remove supports before post-curing.
  • Q
Does this page claim approved clinical use?
No. Confirm the current intended use, regulatory status, and valid local protocol before any clinical use.
