High Precision Implant Model Resin
Key Features
RF-ZX-03 High Precision Implant Model Resin is developed for large-scale dental model production with LCD and DLP printing. Its TDS identifies high precision, high strength, high-temperature resistance, aging resistance, and economical processing as key characteristics. It supports common dental working-model needs, including models used for self-curing injection molding, orthodontic appliances, pressure-forming workflows, and jaw models, while balancing production efficiency, cost, and application performance.

Post-Processing & Storage
- 1
Clean with IPA — Use IPA in an ultrasonic cleaning machine. Avoid high-frequency shock and forceful brushing to protect printed details.
- 2
Dry Thoroughly — Blow the printed model dry and make sure no washing fluid remains.
- 3
Remove Supports — Remove supports before post-curing; removing them after curing may damage support-contact surfaces.
- 4
Optional Post-Cure — Where additional toughness is required, UV post-cure for 5 minutes. Keep printed parts in a cool, dry place.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a cool, shaded place. Keep away from visible light to prevent premature gelation.
Safety
Eyes: Rinse for 20 minutes and seek medical attention. Skin: Remove contaminated clothing and wash with soap and water. Not approved for food, drink, or medical application on the human body. See the SDS for details.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
QWhat is RF-ZX-03 implant model resin used for?
RF-ZX-03 is intended for dental working-model production. Its TDS lists general dental models, working models for self-curing injection molding, orthodontic appliance and pressure-forming workflows, and jaw models. -
QWhat are the key measured properties of RF-ZX-03?
The current TDS reports 83 Shore D hardness, 72 MPa tensile strength, 69.6 MPa flexural strength, 1700 MPa flexural modulus, and 300 mPa·s viscosity. Results can vary with equipment, environment, parameters, post-processing, and test conditions. -
QIs RF-ZX-03 intended for direct use on the human body?
No. The current TDS states that RF-ZX-03 is not approved for food, drink, or medical application on the human body. It is a dental model material for laboratory workflows. -
QCan RF-ZX-03 be used to print surgical guides?
RF-ZX-03 is specified for dental models, not surgical guides. For guide production, review the current TDS and intended use of our dedicated Surgical Guide Resin before selection. -
QWhat 3D printers is this resin compatible with?
RF-ZX-03 is processed with LCD and DLP systems. Its current TDS provides reference settings for Phrozen Sonic Mini 8K S, Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra and Saturn 4 Ultra, Creality Halot-MAGE Pro, Anycubic Mono 4 Ultra, and Anycubic M7 Pro. -
QHow do I post-process implant model resin?
Clean printed models with IPA in an ultrasonic cleaning machine, avoid high-frequency shock or forceful brushing, dry thoroughly, and remove supports before post-curing. Where additional toughness is needed, the TDS specifies 5 minutes of UV post-curing.
