High Precision Implant Model Resin
Key Features
RF-ZX-03 High Precision Implant Model Resin is a professional-grade dental 3D printing resin engineered for high-accuracy implant models, surgical planning, and laboratory workflows. It delivers high precision, high strength, and long-term dimensional stability — ideal for implant analog placement, prosthetic try-in, and digital dentistry workflows. Whether you need a precision dental model resin for diagnostic planning or a high-hardness resin that withstands metal analog insertion without deformation, RayForm’s dimensionally stable model resin outperforms generic model resins. As a dedicated resin for dental implant models, it combines speed, strength, and long-term reliability to help you deliver faster, more predictable implant restorations.

Post-Processing & Storage
- 1
Wash — Clean printed models in an ultrasonic or rotary washer with IPA. Avoid vigorous brushing to prevent surface detail damage.
- 2
Dry — Remove residual washing fluid using an air gun or hair dryer.
- 3
Remove Supports — Remove supports before post-curing. Removing after curing risks model damage.
- 4
Post-Cure — Cure with a UV station per manufacturer’s recommended time. Store finished prints in a cool, dry location.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a cool, shaded place. Keep away from visible light to prevent premature gelation.
Safety
Eyes: Rinse ≥20 min. Skin: Wash with soap immediately. Do not contact food. See SDS for details.
Machine Compatibility
