TDS Post-Processing & Storage

  • 1

Wash — Clean with isopropyl alcohol in an ultrasonic cleaner. Handle gently; avoid high-frequency or forceful brushing that could damage the surface.

  • 2

Dry — Blow the printed part completely dry with a hair dryer or similar tool.

  • 3

Remove supports — Remove supports before post-curing; removal after curing can damage support-contact areas.

  • 4

Conditional post-cure — When additional toughness is required, UV cure for 5 minutes.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and visible light to prevent polymerization or gelation.

Safety and use status

The current TDS states that the resin is not approved for food, drink, or medical application on the human body. Review the SDS and verify current intended use and regulatory status before any clinical use.

Temporary-Restoration Workflow Described in the TDS

The TDS describes RF-GQ-06 for temporary teeth, bridges, inlays, veneers, and temporary crowns. Because the same TDS states that the resin is not approved for medical application on the human body, verify the current intended use and regulatory status before any clinical use.

RF-GQ-06 Technical FAQ

  • Q
What does the TDS describe RF-GQ-06 for?
Temporary teeth, bridges, inlays, veneers, and temporary crowns in the workflows named by the TDS. This description is not a regulatory approval.
  • Q
What are the key TDS values?
Shore D 90, tensile strength 90 MPa, elongation at break 9%, flexural strength 110 MPa, and flexural modulus 2100 MPa.
  • Q
    Which printing technologies are listed?
LCD and DLP, with starting profiles for the six representative devices shown above.
  • Q
How should printed parts be cleaned?
Use isopropyl alcohol with ultrasonic cleaning, then blow dry completely and remove supports before post-curing.
  • Q
Does this page claim approved clinical use?
No. Confirm current intended use, regulatory status, and the valid local protocol before any clinical use.
